Every package includes 30 days of staging. Here's how extensions and de-stages work.
30 Days Included
Your flat-rate package covers the full installation period through day 30. No additional rental fees, no daily rates — just one clear number from the start.
Extensions at 30%
Need more time? Extensions are billed at 30% of your original package price per renewal block. We bill in 14-day minimum increments — no daily proration — to keep things simple on both sides.
5–7 Business Days' Notice to De-Stage
When you're ready to remove the staging, we require 5–7 business days' written notice to schedule your de-stage crew and coordinate warehouse logistics. Plan ahead and we'll make it seamless.

How long does staging take?
Most installs are completed in a single day. We work around your listing timeline and can often accommodate tight turnarounds — just let us know your target photography date when you request a quote.
How long is staging included in the package price?
Every package includes 30 days of staging from the installation date. That covers the full listing window for most North Bay properties. If you need more time, extensions are available at 30% of your package price per 14-day renewal block.
What happens if my listing doesn't sell within 30 days?
No problem — extensions are billed at 30% of your original package price in 14-day minimum blocks. The renewal fee is auto-charged 3–5 business days before day 31 so there's no interruption to the staging and no invoice to chase.
How do I schedule a de-stage?

Do you offer occupied staging?
Our packages are designed for vacant properties, which allows us to control the full look and deliver the fastest turnaround. If your listing is occupied, reach out and we'll discuss what's possible.
What if my home doesn't fit neatly into a tier?
No problem. If your property is on the border between tiers or has a unique layout, reach out and we'll put together a custom quote tailored to your specific listing.
